Check in time at SLS Las Vegas is 3:00pm. If you arrive prior to 3:00pm, you may check with the Front Desk for room availability. Check out time is 12:00pm. If your travel plans require a late checkout, please check with the Front Desk. Late checkout is based on availability. Should we not be able to accommodate your request, our Bell Desk would be available to assist by holding your luggage until you are ready to depart.

All guests of SLS Las Vegas have 24/7 access to our fitness center, Fitness Studio – located on the 2nd level of the Story Tower. Grand Tower guests have access to an exclusive fitness studio located on the 2nd level of Grand Tower. Featuring cardio equipment with personal plasma television & music options, weight training equipment and free weights.

Wi-Fi service is available in all public areas of our property. Guests are able to enjoy complimentary wireless service. There is no charge associated with the internet access, as it is an inclusion of the resort fee. FedEx Business Center provides stationary desktop with Internet access and is open Monday–Friday 7:00am-6:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-2:00pm and closed on Sunday.

Pets are not permitted on the property. However, we do allow guests to bring their service animals.
Parking is always free at SLS Las Vegas. We offer two parking garages, one accessible via Las Vegas Boulevard and one accessible via Paradise Road. Both provide spacious parking spots. Casino and hotel entrances are located on ground level, accessible via the parking garage elevators. Valet services are offered at both entrances as well.
“Comps” are offered to rated table games players and slot players based on their previous play at SLS Las Vegas. Play is tracked on your Club 52 card.
